💇 About Our Wigs

Do you customize wigs?

Yes! For custom orders, leave detailed notes in the order notes section before placing your order. For specific styles not found on our site, email us at customersupport@kshairdeluxe.com with photos of your desired look and we'll send an invoice before processing.

Can I color, cut, or style the hair?

Absolutely! All of our units are Premium Virgin Grade 100% Human Hair and can be bleached, dyed, colored, cut, and styled as desired. We strongly recommend consulting a professional stylist before any color treatment to preserve the integrity of your unit.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, most of our Remy wigs last 6–12 months. Our Premium Virgin Luxury Grade Hair (8A and higher) can last 1–2 years with proper care and limited heat exposure.

Is the hair ready to wear out of the box?

Yes! Each unit can be worn fresh out of the box. We recommend co-washing before first use for a more vibrant look. Visit our Wig Care Guide for full care instructions.

What comes included with my order?

Every unit from Kimone's Hair Deluxe ships with a wig cap, edge brush, and additional hair accessories depending on your order.

What lace types do you offer?

All lace is HD transparent — undetectable on all skin tones. 🖤
